White Frosty

70—75 days. This variety harvest for late summer and also performed well throughout the season in cooler districts. WHITE FROSTY produced very dense, white heads with tight, protection inner wraps. WHITE FROSTY heads matured uniformly, saving the labor of extra passes and adding more profit.

White Jewel

WHITE JEWEL produced solid high quality heads for harvest all season long. An early maturing variety. WHITE JEWEL handled well in our trials with high temperatures, and internal cracking, while still maintaining excellent density and impressive box weights. This variety upright type, and vigorous plant to protect the heads from the sun.

White Mount

72—77 days. This variety has shown excellent results for summer and autumn harvest. It has performed well under varying conditions and has excellent weight, density, and colour. Very white, deep smooth curds average 18cm across. Best self wrap plant habit.

White Planet

This variety is a topper of its range. It develops a large frame plant with erect broad leaves. It produces snow white curds due to the good self covering ability and size jacket. WHITE PLANET produce, heavy, deep, dense curds of 1.5—2.2 kg. Due to the concentrated cutting period and floret quality. The fresh market growers prefer WHITE PLANET because of the high percentage first quality curds.

 

Hybrid Coloured Cauliflower

Lime Wonder

OUTSTANDING YELLOWS-RESISTANT HYBRID. An early cauliflower with a large uniform, lime green head that hold well. Easier to grow than others of this type, but still requires attention to water and fertility. Best grown for autumn/ cool season harvest.

Purple Wonder

FLASHY PURPLE HEADS. 70 days. It is an attractive hybrid cauliflower with a deep purple colour. Dark green leaves with an upright plant. Tolerant to heat with heads weighing approx 454grams and a size of 15cm. The colourful florets are very attractive, Purple Wonder is served raw with dip or as a cooked vegetable. Colour turns bluish purple when cooked – avoid overcooking. Best for Autumn but can also be sown in spring.
