Coloured Baby Beet - Beet Red Mars

35 Days to baby leaf, 58 days to roots. Deep burgundy leaves for salad mix. Heirloom variety produces beautiful dark red leaves to jazz up your salad mix even under low light conditions. The foliage colour intensifies as the plant matures. Roots show attractive candy striped zoning when slices.

Coloured Baby Beet - Golden Beet

55 days. Orange skin, rich gold interior. Green leaves with attractive yellow stems are prized in salad mix, the sweet, round roots are increasingly popular in specialty markets.

Colour Swiss Chard - Rainbow Chard

28 baby, 55 days bunching. Multicolour chard.stems of many colours including gold, pink, orange, purple, red and white with brighter pastel variations. Lightly savoyed green or bronze leaves. Stunning bunched and baby leaves are a natural in salad mix. The taste is milder than ordinary chard, with each colour a bit different. Grow from transplant—individual colours may then be separated out or direct seeding. Suitable for production all year round but some what less frost hardy than normal for chard.

Colour Swiss Chard - Royal Red

59 days. Decorative and tasty. Great as a true red colour in salad mix. CAUTION: young royal red plants may bolt to seed if exposed to frosts; time sowings to avoid frost on seedlings.

68 days to harvest. Italian pesto basil with a heady, spicy fragrance and taste. Uniform, tall and relatively slow to bolt with large, dark green leaves about 5– 7 cm long. Plant height 50-62cm.

77 days to harvest. Large leaf basil for field, greenhouse and hydroponic growing. With built in tolerance to fusarium disease. Leaves up to 9cm long, sweet scent and flavour make this another great pes93+to basil. Plant height 50-62cm.
